The Elysian Valley Riverside Neighborhood Council will be HOSTING our 1st Elysian Valley Community Festival at the Elysian Valley Recreation Center! This free, family-friendly event is designed to provide Elysian Valley residents a fun-filled afternoon with activities, and entertainment, while also providing information on groups and services in our district, and a chance to socialize in person and talk about the community issues they care about most. Informational Sessions/Workshops provided by City of LA Services, such as LA Sanitation, LAPD, Animal Services and Office of Councilmen Mitch O’Farrell. We plan to offer free food and drinks, activities for kids, including a bounce house and obstacle course, tabling by local community groups and services.

START THE DAY: Bounce house jumpers ONSITE for the children and Workshops for the Community. Fun games and multiple opportunities to get to know your local businesses and City of LA Services.
CLOSE THE DAY: With an Outdoor screening of Disney’s Encanto© sing-along from 7:00 – 9:00 PM, sponsored by CD13.
We are looking for local businesses and community groups to join us in this effort either by making a donation, volunteering at the event, or hosting a table. We are also hoping to schedule some demonstrations and/or performances from local businesses.
