Elected by residents and serving as volunteers, we are one of 99 neighborhood councils in Los Angeles advising City officials on community matters. The Elysian Valley Riverside Neighborhood Council is funded by the City of Los Angeles. We strive to uphold principles of equality, integrity, and transparency. See our geographic boundaries ↓
ADVOCATE to City Hall on community issues such as housing, land use, and city services.
ALLOCATE FUNDS for neighborhood projects, local schools, and community events.
COLLABORATE with local groups. Plan events to connect our community.

We are located three miles north of downtown Los Angeles, just a couple of miles from Dodger Stadium, and adjacent to the Los Angeles River.
We are neighbors to Atwater Village on our north, Silverlake and Echo Park to our west, Cypress Park on our east, and Elysian Park on our southwest.
Our serene and close-knit community is a haven for a diverse range of residents, from families to artists. The scenic bike and pedestrian path along the river, along with our beautiful parks, draws nature enthusiasts and visitors alike. We are proud of our vibrant neighborhood.
